Watch one job hunt happen

01/05·Resume

Upload your resume once.

Drop in the PDF. NextKnock pulls out your skills, projects and the roles you fit, so you never fill a long form.

02/05·Matches

Fresh jobs, scored against you.

Openings across India are checked every hour. Each one gets a fit score, so you spend your time on the 92s, not the 40s.

03/05·Email

A cold email that sounds like you.

AI writes a short, personal email to the company's HR, built from your real projects. Pick a tone, edit anything.

04/05·Sent

Sent from your own Gmail.

Nothing goes out until you approve it. Or start Auto send: up to 50 an hour, spaced out, never the same address twice.

05/05·Reply

Replies come straight to you.

The email came from you, so HR replies to you. NextKnock keeps every reply and interview tracked in one place.

What else is inside

  • LinkedIn hiring posts

People hiring right now, in one feed.

  • Hackathons that hire

A good finish can become an interview.

  • Dream companies

We watch them for new openings.

  • Reports

    See which emails get replies.

How NextKnock uses your Google account

  • Sends only what you approve

When you connect Gmail, NextKnock can send the job-application emails you review and approve, from your own address. Nothing goes out without your OK.

  • Shows the replies to your emails

Read-only access lets NextKnock spot replies to the emails you sent through it, so interview invites and tests show up next to each application. Scanning the rest of your inbox for job emails is optional and off by default.

  • Never sold, never for ads

Your Gmail data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI models. Disconnect Gmail in Settings at any time and its access is removed.

Straight answers

Is it free?

Yes, it's free to start. Create an account, upload your resume and send your first emails.

Does it send anything without me?

No. Every email waits for you to approve it. If you start an Auto send batch and confirm it, those emails go out for you, up to 50 an hour and spaced out.

Which email does it send from?

Your own Gmail. You connect it once. We ask for permission to send, plus read-only access that we use to find replies to emails you sent through NextKnock (the email threads, plus new emails from the people and company you wrote to). Replies land in your Gmail as usual, and NextKnock shows them alongside each application. If you turn on Inbox scan in Settings (it's off by default), NextKnock also looks for job emails you didn't start here, like recruiter messages and interview invites, and keeps only the subject, a short snippet and the details it finds. You can turn it off and delete what it found at any time.

Who can see my resume?

It isn't public. We use it to build your master resume, match you to jobs and write your drafts. We don't sell it, use it for ads, or use it to train AI models. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

Is there an Android app?

Yes. Sign in with the same account and your matches, emails and replies stay in sync.
